Here you'll find your food choices for the Detox Plan. In addition to these, you should also include ONE portion of brown rice. It helps to remove waste from the body until the gut is completely cleansed. Short-grain brown rice is the best choice.

On the Detox Programme, you may also choose foods from this list to supplement the lists below:

* Balsamic vinegar
* Apple cider vinegar
* Mustard (grain, not powdered)
* Olives
* Quorn products
* Rice cakes, unsalted
* Seaweed
* Tofu
* Tahini (sesame seeds), unsalted

Remember to go to the Detox Outline Page, as it contains additional information about your nutritional intake during the Detox. e.g. supplements you need to take, liquids you need to take.

Use your common sense with food choices - fast foods, refined foods, and foods with salt, additives, and sugar are obviously not allowed.
